Thank you for visiting EssentL Creators, Corp. (“EssentL,” “we,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information as a data controller when you visit our publicly available website at http://essentlcreator.com/(the “Website”). It also describes your privacy rights and how to exercise them.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any customer portals or restricted areas accessible through the “Log In” feature on the Website. Those areas are governed by separate terms and a separate privacy policy available there.

Our services are primarily business-to-business and directed toward employers in Nevada. Your state or country of residence may provide you with additional rights regarding your personal information. We will facilitate the exercise of your rights consistent with applicable law. If you are located outside the United States, you acknowledge your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States as described in Section 4.
